Can I stop my customers from cancelling their subscriptions?

Yes, you can.

To do this head over to the TillyPay settings.
Here there is a checkbox called: Allow users to cancel subscriptions.

If you untick this checkbox, users will not be told they can cancel subscriptions & the portal will not display an option for them to do so.
