Switch off receipts from Stripe
TillyPay now provides receipts for all payments made through the platform.
This could mean that your customers are sent receipts from both Stripe & TillyPay.
To stop this, you can head over to your Stripe Settings.
- Open this Link.
- Underneath "Email customers about..."
- For both Successful Payments and Refunds, uncheck both.
- Click Save
After this, only TillyPay will send out receipts for these payments.
